Exploring the Nelson Museum
Spring Break Art Camps return in 2024!
Program Facilitator Anita Levesque leads entertaining, hands-on activities for the young art lovers in our community! This year’s camp runs Monday March 25 to Thursday March 28, and will be offered for two age groups:
Morning Sessions (9:00am to 12:00pm) for children ages 6-9
Afternoon Sessions (1:00pm to 4:00pm) for children ages 10-13
This year’s theme is collage, inspired by Judy Wapp’s exhibition VisuAlchemy in Gallery B. Campers will explore the gallery, museum, and archives, enjoy games and crafts, and complete a multi-day art project to take home!
Camp fees are $120/week. NMAG Art Camp is facilitated as a 4-day program, single days are not available.
