COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
The Nelson Museum, Archives & Gallery is thankful for the funding we receive from municipal, regional, provincial, and federal levels of government. The support helps to fund exhibitions, archival preservation, family and public programming, and more.
In 2023, we launched the Youth Access Program, which provides free admission and memberships to all youth under the age of 18. This program, which is generously funded by local businesses, creates a safe and welcoming environment for the young people in our community to learn about the complex history of the region, explore the different ways to express creativity, and ignite a lifelong appreciation for arts and culture.
